First off, let us say that we really can't help you if you don't help us ;+) Sending us a ticket that states, "I want to build a pond what do I need", is to generic for us to really help you. Use the following guidelines BEFORE you request assistance. That way everyone saves time and you get a detailed answer the first time around! Remember, the more you tell us, the better and faster we can assist you. Write a novel if you want ;+)

IF YOUR PLANNING A NEW POND, UPGRADE OR ADDITION WE NEED:

• The physical size of the current or proposed pond: LONGEST LENGTH, WIDEST WIDTH AND DEEPEST DEPTH. There is a field on the ticket for that information.
• An idea of the current or proposed design: " I have a 6x10x2 pond with 25 KOI and plants. I want to add a small stream above it about 20' long, 3' wide and 1' deep. I have a skimmer, 3500 gph pump and waterfall type filter system. What else do I need to build this stream?" or " I want to put in a 6x10x2 pond in my backyard and I plan on having fish. I live in CA and the pond will get at least 8 hours of sunlight a day. I want a waterfall area and easy maintenance. What do I need to buy?"
• The Equipment you are using or are considering: "I want to build a 6x10x2 pond and use a skimmer, pump and waterfall filter system. I would also consider using a presurrized system. What would you suggest?" or "I currently have a pond 6x10x2 and we are using an Atlantic BF1500 and Cal PW2500 waterfall pump. I am considering adding a skimmer. What do you recommend?"
