Firestone offers a great pond liner patch kit. We strongly recommend using QuickPrime adhesive whenever making a seam or repair.  The problem in the past was that the QuickPrime was only available in one gallon containers, which is way more than is needed for most patch jobs. The new patch kit from Firestone includes:
