PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Once you place an order, it normally takes the order desk 1 business days to process the order in our system. Once processed, we send you an order invoice. Then your order is sent to the warehouse(s) that will be shipping the order to you. The warehouse(s) is/are designated on the invoice we email you so you know which of them is actually shipping your order. (See F.O.B. section)
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER:
We currently ship to the lower continental 48 states ONLY. We ship using UPS and FedEx. SORRY... NO P.O. BOXES! We determine carrier and shipping method to be used. Once processed, it "normally" takes 1-3 business days for your order to be packaged and tendered to the carrier. Once shipped, the CARRIER will send you tracking information to track your order. Time for orders in transit depends on the carrier used, method of shipment and where the shipping warehouse(s) is/are located from where they will deliver the package. "Normal" time in transit is 2-6 days. UPS is used on 95% of our shipments. Days in transit are determined & controlled by the carrier. If your order is time sensitive, like a dead pump etc., contact us and we would be happy to accommodate you if at all possible.

We are currently offering free shipping on all items in stock. Special orders or liner over UPS limits is NOT included in the offer. Free shipping to the continental US. HI or AK. please contact us.
WARRANTY/DOA:
Each non-perishable product comes complete with a warranty from the manufacturer. This warranty includes defective merchandise as a new product (D.O.A. warranty) or one that has become defective within the warranty period. (Standard warranty) The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. All warranties are held by the manufacturers and not by Ponds4Less. If you have any questions regarding warranties, please either call (888-867-7663) or email us here . Please do not change the subject line of the email.
If during the warranty period your product requires service, please contact the manufacturer as per the warranty instructions. For your convenience most manufacturers’ customer service telephone numbers are listed below. If you have misplaced your sales receipt, simply email customer service and we will email a copy of the order invoice to you. email us here .
Please note that we DO NOT replace warranty/DOA(dead on arrival) products from our stock. All D.O.A. or Standard warranty items are replaced by the respective manufacturer, according to their guidelines.

RETURN POLICY
We offer techical, design and product assistance via email 7 days a week. We assist you in making sure you are ordering the correct product(s) for your application. Currently we do not accept unwanted item returns or exchange pruchased products for other products. ALL Warranty and DOA products are handled by the manufacturer. We will assist you in anyway we can to resolve your issue.
